I’m Neil Southwell and I’m a professional and successful Bid Specialist and Business Generator. I’ve helped my clients to produce targeted bids that are carefully researched and well positioned and have secured over £6 billion ($9 billion) worth of new contracts.

With a career that has spanned over 25 years I have been exposed to most market sectors, many different professionals and many different kinds of organizations from international blue chip companies to SMEs. I’ve owned several businesses and worked at director level with national and international companies and have developed a detailed understanding of what works in marketing, selling and business generation.

In 2005, having sold my business interests I joined an international consultancy that was managing bids for its clients but not doing it very well. I felt that it just wasn’t enough to manage the paper trail and started to consider what was really needed to win a bid. So, I developed my own tools and techniques and I learned what to do…and just as importantly I learned what not to do to win!

Since then, I’ve managed and written complex, multi-million pound bids at one end of the scale and more simple bids at the other with every other kind in between- the common factor is that every one of them is just as important to my clients because winning really is the only measure.

This combination of wide ranging experience, learned and developed strategies and market intelligence has enabled my clients to achieve greater stability in their businesses. I’m Victoria Ducharme and I have extensive experience in the property market having managed two businesses and growing them into profitable companies, and establishing my own agency, which I subsequently sold.

Having managed internal teams and offices with full profit and loss accountability over a 15 year career I have become a strong negotiator with excellent communication skills and a drive to achieve the best deal possible for your benefit. Additionally, I have managed external stakeholders, consultants and contractors across a wide range of service requirements including major bid opportunities, bespoke propositions, consortium bids, marketing material and website content.

I use a systematic approach to develop targeted sales strategies with supporting media that are carefully researched and well positioned to help you win more work…more often.
